Data Analyst needed in Bradford Paying  £273.35 per day ref 5271203

Full time hours on a temporary basis

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Collaborate with lead and service managers to understand and interpret analytical specifications.
    • Clean, standardise, and consolidate data from multiple sources including:
      • Organisational charts
      • Establishment lists
      • Salary data
      • Cost codes, tiers, and role structures
    • Maintain and update figures in presentation materials prepared by the Lead Analyst.
    • Develop and manage Excel-based models to:
      • Map job roles to tiers and levels
      • Calculate total salary costs by unit, function, team, department, and service
      • Support scenario modelling (e.g., structural changes, team moves, cost reduction)
      • Identify gaps, duplications, and anomalies in workforce data
      • Conduct due diligence and validation of data
    • Prepare summary tables, charts, and dashboards to present findings to stakeholders.
    • Use Power BI for large-scale data visualisation and reporting.
    • Maintain version control and documentation for all datasets, models, and outputs.
    • Respond promptly to data queries and ad hoc analysis requests.
