The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the Unitisation programme by transforming fragmented workforce data into structured, actionable insights that inform organisational design, cost efficiency, and future Lean reviews. They will work closely with the Unitisation Lead and service managers to clean, consolidate, and model complex HR and financial datasets using advanced Excel and Power BI tools. With a strong eye for detail and the ability to manage ambiguity, they will identify structural gaps, duplications, and anomalies, enabling accurate scenario modelling and savings forecasts. Their outputs will directly support leadership decision-making and contribute to the Council’s long‑term financial sustainability.
