Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that deliver clear, actionable insights from semi-structured data, leveraging advanced AI tools to ensure relevance and value for customers.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of customer data accounts, including running data pipelines, fulfilling custom requests, conducting health checks, and acting as the primary point of contact for clients.
  • Design and implement AI-driven solutions that empower customers to analyze their data and generate insights across diverse business use cases.
  • Own the end-to-end customer journey—from product demos and onboarding to data analysis, insights delivery, and ongoing customer success management.
  • Engage directly with clients to present findings, conduct training sessions, gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and plan solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Business teams to build impactful demos and trials by providing strong analysis and compelling demo storylines that address customer pain points.
  • Work cross-functionally with Data Engineering, Data Science, Software Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Sales teams to optimize workflows, innovate product features, and deliver data-driven strategies.
  • Automate and streamline reporting processes using Python to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications



  • 3+ years experience in data analytics, AI, or related roles with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights and solutions.
  • Basic Python skills for data manipulation and making LLM calls.
  • Basic SQL skills for data manipulation and querying.
  • Strong data visualization skills, with the ability to communicate complex findings in a clear, engaging way.
  • Excellent presentation and storytelling abilities for client-facing and internal communication.
  • Practical exposure to LLMs, including use cases in classification, analysis, RAG (retrieval-augmented generation), and prompt engineering.
  • Experience with API integrations
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset, with ability to identify issues, take initiative, and drive solutions with a strategic yet action-oriented approach.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications



  • Passion for leveraging the AI stack daily, with curiosity for emerging technologies and rapid experimentation.
  • Prior experience in customer’s feedback, contact center or customer experience (CX) analytics.
  • Demonstrated startup mindset, with the ability to stay resourceful, adapt quickly, and thrive in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.
