We’re looking for a commercially minded Data Analyst to join Amach and work with one of our key customers in the travel and loyalty space. You will be embedded in a collaborative, data-driven team, helping to shape the future of loyalty currency by uncovering trends, delivering insights and supporting commercial decision-making.

This role is embedded with our customer’s London-based team, who have a hybrid setup: 2 days per week onsite is required in their offices in central London (flexible which days)

Responsibilities
  • Analyse how loyalty currency (points) moves between different partner airline programmes across the globe.
  • Uncover trends in customer behaviour and provide insight into how and why currency is earned, transferred or spent.
  • Build clear, compelling dashboards and reports that guide commercial and strategic decisions.
  • Tell the story behind the data – turning complex datasets into actionable insights.
  • Work with commercial stakeholders, product managers and analysts to ensure data is at the heart of decision-making.
  • Collaborate with a focused data engineer who manages the pipelines and datasets – your focus is insight and communication.

Required skills and qualifications
  • 4–5 years’ experience in a commercial, insight or data analyst role
  • Hands-on SQL skills – comfortable writing queries for joins, aggregations and exploratory analysis
  • Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI or Looker
  • Willingness to work with Astrato, a no-code dashboarding tool (training and support provided)
  • Robust storytelling and communication skills, able to simplify complex data for business audiences
  • Comfortable engaging with stakeholders and prioritising insight work that delivers value
  • Previous experience in loyalty, travel or customer insights is a bonus – but not essential
