Job Position

Senior Data Analyst


Requirements of the role

Do you have a strong passion for using analysis and evidence to influence policy and regulatory decisions? Are you able to tell robust but engaging stories with data to stakeholders? If the answer to this is ‘yes’ then we have a great opportunity for a Senior Analyst at TPR, to support the delivery of better saver outcomes through impactful evidence, research and analysis.


Responsibilities

  • Deliver analytical projects across a range of regulatory areas.
  • Help TPR understand the future size and shape of the Defined Benefit and Defined Contributions pensions landscape.
  • Undertake analysis to support new policy and regulation implementation (e.g. the Value for Money framework).
  • Develop new statistical publications.
  • Flexibly pivot to focus on new work areas as TPR’s regulatory needs evolve.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across TPR.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior analysts on scoping projects and analytical delivery.
