You will be responsible fordefining and initiating a programme of work that gets the most outof our data holdings and ensures that the data we hold is put tomore effective use. Key accountabilitiesLead a comprehensive datalandscaping exercise to identify and map our data holdings,agreeing the data landscape with stakeholders and delivering amutually agreed data map and commonalities across data sources.Workwith relevant stakeholders to drive value from the landscapingexercise, developing pipelines forProvide data analysis expertisethrough:Seeing opportunities to improve business practices andsolve business problems using data tools and analysis.Deliveringbetter insight from our data by optimising data collection,creating and improving data visualisations and reports, andcrafting narratives with data.Using your business insight andcommunication skills to collaborate and build relationships,successfully turning complex information into impactfulinsight.Reviewing and discussing options, providing realisticdelivery estimates. Challenge and refine requirements so thatproposed solutions are fit-for-purpose, robustimplementations.Collaborate with colleagues to keep them informedof progress and potential issues as they arise.4. In addition, you’ll have an understanding of, andexperience using, data modelling tools and techniques, and theability to apply this knowledge when developing targeted solutionsto deliver business benefit and make effective decisions. You’lluse this to define and initiate your data analytics work.
