Job Description:

The Role
We are looking for a full-time Senior Data Analyst to join TickX at an exciting time in the company's growth. This is a 12-month maternity cover within the newly formed BI & Data team. The role is ideal for an aspiring leader in data & analytics, aiming to deliver business value through analysis projects and fostering a data-first culture at TickX.
The key focus areas include:
Supporting account management with ad hoc analysis on client health, partner performance, and TickX's impact on financial performance.
Leading initiatives to identify opportunities for clients to gain more value and revenue from data.
Supporting finance & commercial roles via reporting in PowerBI, including building data pipelines from PostgreSQL and third-party sources.
Providing insights to Customer Success teams about live clients to demonstrate partnership value.
Mentoring junior BI team members.
Responsibilities & Skills

Conducting proactive exploratory analysis to generate incremental revenue for clients.
Applying advanced analytics techniques and communicating findings effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
Expertise in Conversion Rate Optimization and identifying opportunities on ecommerce websites.
Understanding and communicating how B2B and B2B2C customers use digital products.
Strong presentation and communication skills, capable of making recommendations across all business levels.
Performing ad-hoc insights using data from multiple sources.
Supporting commercial teams by analyzing added value and ROI for clients.
Expertise in SQL; experience with R & Python is a plus.
Strong experience with PowerBI.
Familiarity with analytical tools like Google Analytics & Amplitude.
Knowledge of marketing attribution modeling.
Experience with medium to high traffic digital products.
Understanding of web analytics and clickstream data.
Proven commercial experience in a similar role.
