How You'll Make an Impact
As a Senior Client Development Manger at Epsilon, you'll lead the client servicing and delivery of innovative digital marketing strategies for a portfolio of top Publicis brands, collaborating closely with the agency teams as well as internal cross-functional teams. You'll be responsible for helping to drive Publicis growth, retention, and revenue through exceptional service and strategic execution.
The role is highly collaborative, working with Publicis agencies as well as internal cross teams internally plus working alongside your client to deliver the best in class objective-based solutions.

What You'll Achieve

  • As a Senior Client Development Manager, you will join our Audience Media team, which collaborates closely with Publicis Groupe agencies. Your primary responsibilities will involve supporting and working alongside our Audience Media team to deliver top-notch solutions and services to our expanding Publicis client portfolio.
  • You will be in charge managing audience media business across Publicis by building relationships, educating client teams, cross selling products and servicing current accounts.
  • Deliver significant revenue growth by using business acumen to uncover business needs and identify how Epsilon's DMS solutions can help clients achieve their business goals
  • Building relationships with key decision makers within Publicis, supporting on education of Epsilon's offering for their clients
  • Coordinate internal resources for the delivery of objective based solutions for clients
  • You'll have ample opportunities for career growth, with access to unlimited online training, workshops with industry experts, and peer-to-peer learning.
  • This role will help you develop skills in Digital MarTech, project management, sales planning, client services, and strategic business planning, positioning you as a key contributor to Epsilon's success across Publicis and your own professional development.
