How you'll be contributing to Accurx as a Senior BI Developer...

As a Senior BI Developer, you’ll work in our Business Intelligence function to support both thecommercial functionandexec teams.You'll be providing crucial support to the Go-To-Market and Commercial teams by addressing their data, insights, and reporting requirements. With Accurx's widespread adoption in Primary Care, we are now moving into other care settings. We’re used by 98% of GP Practices, 70% NHS Trusts and >300,000 healthcare staff!

We're looking for our next hire to help expand the Business Intelligence function, and support the GTM and exec teams in their data, reports, KPIs and metric calculations.

You’ll be working as part of the growingData team, reporting to theBI Lead.

Your day-to-day tasks, should you choose to accept this mission ...

  • You'll be responsible for scoping, designing, building, servicing and supporting new and existingexternal reports/dashboards.

  • You'll be responsible for scoping, designing, servicing and supporting new and existinginternal reports/dashboardswith the goal of providing robust analytical solutions and deep insights.

  • Help define and visualise objectives,KRsandKPIs.

  • Promote data self-serving, helping the development of stakeholders with workshop and training in using our BI tool(Power BI).

  • Support stakeholders to run deep analysis into product usage to help shape our go to market strategy.

  • Presentinsightsto the community based on your deep dive into data.

  • Promote and executedata governance practices.

  • Create and maintain the data artefacts(data catalogue and data directory)and user level documentation.

  • Work closely withData Engineering functionto collect, clean and model the data needed by the community.

  • Work closely withBI Leadto achieve best setup for data in Power BI taking into consideration short vs long terms needs.

We'd really like to hear from you if you have ...

  • Experience working in aBusiness Intelligence function/team.

  • End-to-end hands-on experience in building reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders(external is a bonus).

  • Experience of database tools(SQL/ PL-SQL/ T-SQL).

  • Experience withPower BI(other BI tools are a bonus: Tableau, Looker etc).

  • Experience with programming language behind Power BI:DAX and Power Query.

  • Experience invisual storytelling.

  • Superbcommunicationandstakeholder management skills.

  • Ability todecompose complex solutions and insights into a simple narrative.

  • Exposure with programming or scripting languages(Python / R / Powershell).

  • Passion forvisualising data and solving business problemswith numbers and insights.
