Working across both brands, this role will play a key part in driving data and reporting improvements that support and enhance our entire end to end operation, influencing how our combined organisation delivers for customers nationwide.


We’re transforming the way data powers decision‑making across our Operations Finance teams, and we’re looking for a Senior BI Data Analyst who’s more than a dashboard developer. We want a Leader, a builder and a communicator, who can turn raw complexity into clarity. Someone who knows what great Business Intelligence looks like and isn’t afraid to lead the way.


What You’ll Do — Your Impact

In this role, you’ll own the design, development and future direction of our Operations Finance data ecosystem. You’ll drive automation, enhance data integrity, and build compelling visual analytics that sharpen the understanding of financial and operational performance across the business. This is a high‑visibility position with real influence — partnering with Operations, Finance, Data Engineering, and the central BI teams to create a unified, trusted, self‑serve reporting environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Operations Finance data & reporting plans, ensuring alignment with central BI and data teams.
  • Shape a multi‑year roadmap and support strategic business cases for investment and build best‑in‑class reporting
  • Elevate all reporting, scorecards and KPIs through intelligent, impactful visualisation in Power BI. Combine financial + operational metrics to build true end‑to‑end performance reporting.
  • Move the business toward high‑confidence self‑serve analytics and strengthen data foundations
  • Own and maintain KPI catalogues, data dictionaries and calculation logic and drive the migration of financial data into an AWS and Databricks.
  • Improve data quality through automation, API integration and source‑level process redesign. Unlocking insights and feedbacking to senior stakeholders.
  • Coach the team in BI best practice, Power BI adoption and automation techniques.

What We’re Looking For

This role is ideal for a Senior BI Data Analyst, Senior BI Developer, BI Engineer or Senior Data Delivery Analyst/Manager who thrives on shaping BI strategy as well as building top‑tier solutions.


You’ll bring:

  • 3–5+ years in BI, reporting or analytics
  • Advanced Power BI, Databricks, AWS (+ DAX, Power Query, SQL, Python all desirable)
  • Experience delivering analytics in a finance‑heavy environmentAbility to simplify complexity and explain data clearly to senior stakeholders
  • Strong stakeholder influence and relationship‑building skills
  • Proven track record of turning messy data into meaningful, automated reporting
  • UK Driving Licence
