As a Senior Associate or Consultant at BCG, you'll playa pivotal role in collaborative teams, identifying, developing, andimplementing solutions for client challenges. You’ll embark on ajourney of exploration and innovation, pushing the boundaries todrive impactful change by: * Collaborating incross-functional teams to address client challenges. *Analyzing data, formulate hypotheses, and develop actionablerecommendations. * Communicating effectively withstakeholders, presenting results and driving implementation. * Driving independent workstreams, contributing to overall projectsuccess. What You'll Bring * Bachelor's degree required;advanced graduate degree or equivalent work experiencepreferred. * Over 2 years of experience in supply-chain,manufacturing or procurement. * To be considered for a SeniorAssociate role you'll need over 2 years of experience, to beconsidered for a Consultant role you'll need over 5 years ofexperience or an MBA. * Strong analytical skills for quantitativeproblem-solving, paired with high attention to detail. *Critical thinking skills to evaluate information, make informeddecisions, and develop innovative solutions. * Comfortableworking in dynamic environments with different projects for you towork on. * Excellent verbal and written communication skillsin English and local office language(s). * Ability to workcollaboratively in diverse teams and adapt to changingenvironments.
