About the role

The role is reporting to the Head of Central Reporting and locally to the UK and IE head of transversal.

As part of the Performance Management teamplaced within our Operations Performance & Productivity divisionand is directly reporting to the Regional Lead Performance Europe 2. The “Data Analyst - Business Intelligence” role is responsible for providing an accurate and comprehensive visibility of Operations performance to business owners, includingActivity,QualityandProductivityindicators for all LoBs in the British & Irish Bus.

The primary duty of the Business Intelligence Analystis to transform data into insightthat can help to improve the value of the business. A Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for thesuccess of the businessbecause the organization uses data, they collect to discover areas of revenue loss and identify areas that need improvement in order to increase the company’s profits.

He/she willenable all stakeholders to make better and quicker decisionsand thus ultimatelyimprove the Operations´ performanceas well asemployee engagement.

What you will do

  • Identify, collect and analyse the needs in terms of KPIs and dashboardsrequired by the business stakeholders; including call center leaders, management as well as other functions and headquarter.
  • Develop a framework tomethodically and qualitativelycollect/store raw datafrom different sources,transform it into agreed upon KPIs, displayed intocomprehensive regular dashboardsat different frequencies (daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly) and levels of granularity.
  • Monitor andanalyse performance trendsor patterns andproactively deliver alertsandactionable insightsto relevant decision-makers.
  • Work closelywith the headquarterteam to ensure asuccessful local implementation of the global business intelligence tool(Power BI based).
  • Support business owners inpreparing performance review presentationsand act as a point of contact for the Headquarter to provide additional /ad-hoc KPI and analysisunder agreed deadlines.
  • Documentthe business intelligenceoperating procedure, to becontinuously updated/improvedbased on process evolutions and feedback from internal customers.
  • Collaborate andshare best practiceswith team members, and undertakeany additional taskas required by the hierarchy.

What you will bring:

  • College degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics/Applied Statistics, Finance or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as a data analysis/scientist /engineer, in a customer focused and performance-driven organization
  • Good knowledge in query and program languages such SQL, JavaScript
  • Experience in using ETL such as Pentaho, SSIS and reporting tools as SSRS, Report builder.
  • Experience with BI tool such as Power BI MicroStrategy, Tableau.
  • Experience in Data management, Big Data, WFM, CRM and Telephony system is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to work in muti-task effectively
  • Fast learner and able to work well under pressure, good team spirit.
  • Good problem solving skill
  • Good attitude a self-motivated

You will be responsible for the following:
