Senior AI Engineer

Role Overview We are seeking a senior AI Engineer to play a pivotal role in advancing our AI capabilities. Responsibilities Architect and implement core AI systems from the ground up Shape our AI strategy and technology stack Develop innovative AI features leveraging various methodologies (e.g., LLMs, RAG, traditional ML) Design and implement data strategies for AI development and training Explore and apply diverse AI techniques to solve complex problems Establish best practices for AI development, testing, and deployment Stay at the forefront of AI advancements, evaluating their potential for our use cases Lay the groundwork for future AI capabilities and team expansion Requirements Master's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience 4 years of deep expertise in AI/ML software development 3 years building and deploying machine learning models 2 years working with LLMs Strong command of Python and relevant AI/ML frameworks Experience with various AI approaches (e.g., supervised learning, NLP, computer vision) Knowledge of data collection, preparation, and management for AI Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment Ideal Qualifications Experience in designing AI systems for real-world applications Knowledge of MLOps/LLMOps practices and tools Track record of building AI products from 0 to 1 in startup environments About Us We are a London-based seed-stage startup backed by top-tier VCs and angels, pioneering the application of advanced AI in transformative technologies.
