Job Description
Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to interpret data and turn into information (reports, dashboards, interactive visualizations etc) which can offer ways to improve a business, thus affecting business decisions.

BMC CMDB Administration
Collect data from tooling to generate reports for distribution to relevant stakeholders.
Modify CMDB data to improve data accuracy, e.g., upload recent contract details to link with relevant assets / configuration items.
Collaborate with relevant support teams to drive automation in asset tagging.
Data request processing.
