The purpose of this role is to interpret data and turn into information (reports, dashboards, interactive visualizations etc) which can offer ways to improve a business, thus affecting business decisions.

• BMC CMDB Administration
  
• Collect data from tooling to generate reports for distribution to relevant stakeholders.
  
• Modify CMDB data to improve data accuracy, e.g., upload recent contract details to link with relevant assets / configuration items.
  
• Collaborate with relevant support teams to drive automation in asset tagging.
  
• Data request processing.
