Your Role:

As the frontline warrior and the face of Dido, your day-to-day will include:

  • Offering a warm welcome and a memorable goodbye to every guest venturing into our world.
  • Becoming an expert on our vast product range, from cutlery to cookware, and using this knowledge to enhance our clients' businesses.
  • Providing bespoke, top-notch service that not only meets but exceeds customer expectations.
  • Managing sales transactions and customer communications with finesse using our state-of-the-art software.
  • Keeping our social media buzzing with the latest updates.
  • Handling phone calls with a blend of professionalism and charm.
  • Preparing and organizing new stock with the precision of a seasoned pro.

What You Need:

  • A solid track record with at least 3 years in sales or customer service.
  • Fluent English is a must; Turkish would be a fantastic plus.
  • Tech-savvy, with a good grip on Apple macOS and Microsoft Office.
  • A self-managing guru who’s both a self-starter and a problem-solver.
