This is just the tip of the iceberg, and the use case sales potential is endless, they really are only scrapping the surface with their clients.

This nimble company is going through growth phase and are looking to appoint another senior sales professional to play a key role in growing their capital markets business. As an Account Director you’ll be given some existing banks to develop digital transformation sales within, in addition to opening new accounts in partnership with their cloud partner. You’ll certainly have the freedom and flexibility to develop and execute your own sales / account strategies, with the benefits of a great brand, company and industry leading technology capability behind you. This in addition to a nimble and entrepreneurial high growth culture will all help make this person successful and earn a lot of money selling!

Appropriate applicants will have:
– Strong sales experience and track record of success selling enterprise technology solutions within the capital markets i.e. to either investment banks, brokers, asset managers and/or hedge funds etc.
– You could have sold front, middle and/or back office technology and/or data solutions, alternatively sold either consultancy, application development / infrastructure technology services, cloud solutions, professional services and/or managed services. Cloud solutions experience with either AWS, Google and/or Azure would be beneficial, but not a pre-requisite if it’s an area you would like to get into.
– A truly consultative solution sales approach. Looking for an ability to build strategic relationships across business and technology stakeholders within major financial institutions, to uncover pain points where digital transformation can solve their problems, have a beneficial impact and a demonstrable ROI on their businesses.
– The personal motivation and ability to contribute to a dynamic and entrepreneurial team culture.

Remuneration: Commensurate with experience (6 fig base & double OTE)
