I’m exclusively partnering with an innovative 'robot brain' start-up.


They are searching for a Robotic Software Engineer who can develop and implement software solutions for robotic systems. This will initially be focused on planning and control, manipulation, and perception. Knowledge of and familiarity with executing general-purpose robotics software and specialised applications is a must for this position!


You will collaborate closely with the Head of AI Research and ML colleagues to help them implement real-world experiments.


Requirements:


  • Proficiency in Python
  • Prior experience developing and deploying software on real robots
  • Strong systems-level understanding of the various software modules and their interfaces in a robotic application
  • Experience with ROS/ROS2 or other robotics middleware platforms
  • Deep understanding and practical experience with software engineering principles, including algorithms, data structures, and system design
  • Familiarity with machine learning integration and deployment in robotic systems
