Mode search is exclusively supporting an iconic luxurybrand in their search for a Retail & Ecommerce Data Analyst.This is a unique opportunity to join a world-renowned brand with arich history in supporting innovation & craftsmanship. BasedMonday to Friday in the Mayfair Head Office, this role is part ofthe CRM team and will support the Client Experience Manager isenhancing data quality and setting up reports on clientssegmentation, transaction data and general performance trendsacross retail and Ecommerce. The Role - Identify areas to increaseefficiency and automation of processes using Excel VBA or Macro -Create and maintain automated data processes - Produce and trackkey performance indicators - Develop and support reportingprocesses - Monitor and audit data quality - Prepare reports usingbusiness analytics reporting tools - Create data dashboards, graphsand visualisations - Mine and analyse large datasets, draw validinferences and present them successfully to management using ExcelRequirements - Expert level in Excel including data analysis toolsand languages (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R). - Minimum 2 yearsexperience in the fashion or luxury industry - Proven experience indata analysis and reporting, with a focus on customer success orcustomer data. - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solvingskills. - Excellent communication skills with the ability totranslate data insights into actionable recommendations. -Detail-oriented Please note that due to a high number ofapplications we are currently receiving we are unfortunately notable to provide individual feedback to every candidate at thisstage of the process.
