Hanover are looking to connect with senior professionals who are confident in reporting design and innovation.

This candidatemusthave knowledge of theUKLife Insurancelandscape. EU/EMEA/International knowledge would be additive.

Objectives:

• Design, develop and implement comprehensive reporting and analytics strategies to support clients’ business objectives
• Design and deliver advanced visualizations and BI solutions using leading tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Quicksight or similar
• Ensure the effective use of data analytics, including data mining, statistical analysis, machine learning, NLG, and GenAI to enhance business insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and reporting requirements (e.g. IFRS 17, Solvency II, etc.), emerging technologies, and best practices

Skills Required:

• Visualization and BI Tools: Proficiency in leading visualization and BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, Quicksight or similar
• AI and GenAI Solutions: Demonstrated experience designing and implementing solutions with AI and GenAI technologies. Advanced knowledge of solutions such as ChatGPT, MS co-pilot, LLaMA etc.
• Data Analytics: Strong understanding of data analytics techniques, including data mining, statistical analysis, and ML algorithms, and analytical applications/packages (Dataiku, Python, R, etc.)
• Database Proficiency: Familiarity with database structures and languages (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) particularly as they relate to end user reporting requirements
• Cloud Environments: Experience working with cloud-based environments such as AWS, Azure, etc.
