About Dwello

At Dwello, we believe there’s a smarter way to buy and sell homes. Born out of personal frustrations and insights from family-run property businesses in Canada and the UK, we have set out to create a solution that simplifies the process and changes the game.

Who we’re looking for


We’re recruiting Regional Sales Managers and Agents who share our drive and ambition.

● Experience: At least 5 years in estate agency sales, with a proven track record of smashing targets.

● Local knowledge: You know your patch like the back of your hand and understand what makes your local market tick.

● Drive: You’re motivated, enthusiastic, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

● Customer focus: You’re passionate about delivering top-notch service and making a real difference for buyers and sellers.

● Organisation: You’re proactive, organized, and know how to get things done efficiently.


What we need from you

● Lead the charge. Establish and grow Dwello’s presence in your region, building brand awareness and winning market share.

● Be an ambassador. Communicate the Dwello difference—showing sellers why our smarter, simpler, and faster approach is the future of estate agency.

● Leverage our marketing toolkit. Use our cutting-edge marketing resources to build your local network and generate high-quality leads.

● Build strategic partnerships. Develop relationships with local service providers to streamline the buying and selling journey.

● Turn leads into instructions. Convert both your own network and wider brand-generated leads into happy customers.

● Keep things moving. Proactively manage each sale, ensuring nothing gets stuck and that transactions move forward smoothly.
