About the Role

We are currently seeking aRegional Data & Compliance Managerto join our team. This critical role offers a unique opportunity to shape business intelligence strategies and ensure compliance standards across EMEA.

As the Regional Data & Compliance Manager for EMEA, you will be at the forefront of leveraging big data to gain insights into customer behaviour and experiences. You will also oversee compliance, ensuring all contractual requirements are met and meticulously documented.

  • Salary:£52500 + Bonus
  • Hybrid Remote


Job Opportunity

Leadership & Strategy:

  • Act as a thought leader to align goals and resources across teams.
  • Cultivate a culture of operational excellence and efficiency.
  • Anticipate issues and navigate complex organizational structures effectively.

Compliance Oversight:

  • Develop and enhance compliance monitoring of risk-related activities.
  • Implement operational risk identification tools and processes.
  • Oversee and strengthen internal controls by evaluating and mitigating compliance risks.

Data Management & Analysis:

  • Design and enhance data infrastructure to accelerate analysis and reporting.
  • Generate actionable insights from compliance data for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure proper data handling, storage, and archiving procedures.

Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Work with functional teams to implement and monitor compliance models.
  • Collaborate with senior management to address compliance challenges.
  • Support in preparing and presenting detailed business reports to customers.


Essential Skills

Essential Requirements:

  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT systems.
  • Experience managing corporate teams and overseeing HR activities.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a proactive approach.
  • Proven experience reporting key metrics to stakeholders.

Desirable Skills:

  • Fluency in additional languages.
  • Advanced IT skills, including Python and SQL.
  • Flexible availability and willingness to travel up to 30%.
