Associate Director Data Architect – 12 Months Contract – Hybrid (2-3 Days On-Site)

Associate Director Data Architect is a key member of the Data and Analytics team supporting a client's ERP systems transformation project. This role focuses on the cleansing, preparation, and migration of clinical supply chain data to support the implementation of new clinical supply functionalities in S/4HANA. Responsibilities include mapping legacy systems and data sources to design processes for building or migrating data into the S/4HANA clinical supply chain planning module.

The incumbent will work cross-functionally across Operations, Technology teams, and various clinical supply teams to profile, cleanse, and migrate data from source systems to S/4HANA. They will contribute to defining information architecture, data standards, models, ontologies, taxonomies, and reusable designs to scale migration activities across clinical supply organizations.

Enterprise Data Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update various data cleansing playbooks and processes for use across the program in support of clinical supply.
• Contribute to defining the overall Enterprise Data Strategy and Standards in partnership with client business functions, particularly in line with data and clinical supply offices.
• Develop and implement a complex matrix of data profiling tools and standards to produce reports and analyses that enable efficient cleansing and harmonization for the program.

Delivery Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to determine appropriate data standards and timelines to achieve data cleansing goals for migration to S/4HANA.
• Provide project-level guidance, education, and expertise for data profiling, cleansing, harmonization, and migration.
• Offer recommendations based on business requirements for various data structure types necessary to operationalize clinical supply processes in S/4HANA.
• Support the development of data integration architecture and overall design.
• Approve project artifacts to ensure adherence to enterprise data standards and facilitate reuse as defined by the Chief Data Architect.

Data Standards and Quality Management:

• Deliver the strategy and lead the global implementation of cleansing and harmonization metrics for S/4HANA.
• Direct cross-functional efforts to develop and improve data profiling reports and analytics for clinical supply.
• Assist in setting strategies and execution plans for data cleansing and migration from legacy sources to the SAP S/4HANA solution.
• Support the development and execution of a data quality strategy to raise data quality across functions.
• Identify stakeholders, establish cross-functional priorities, and oversee continuous data quality improvements for cleansing and harmonization within S/4HANA.
• Influence senior stakeholders to maintain alignment with data governance and quality strategies.
