We're looking for a talented Recruitment Consultant with experience in technology recruitment to join our team.


We believe recruitment consultants should focus on what truly drives success, building relationships with clients and candidates. That’s why every consultant is assigned a dedicated sales support specialist, allowing them to spend more time in high-value activities rather than getting caught up in administrative tasks. This structure enables our team to deliver a more consistent, high-quality service, achieve greater success, and operate at a level that wouldn’t be possible alone.


Responsibilities


- Specialise in recruiting for software and data roles within the life sciences sector, with a focus on biotech and medtech.

- Partner with innovative deep-tech and AI-driven biotech companies, supporting their growth by finding the best talent in software, data science, and AI/ML.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates across Europe and the US, acting as a strategic recruitment partner.

- Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI-driven drug discovery, computational biology, and life sciences technology, continuously developing expertise in this space.

- Provide expert guidance on recruitment strategies and market trends, helping companies scale effectively.


Requirements


- Proven experience in technology recruitment, particularly within software and data.

- A strong interest in supporting Life Sciences companies develop expertise in deep tech, and AI/M.

- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on building long-term professional relationships rather than transactional recruitment.

- Ability to work independently and manage recruitment processes across multiple regions.
