Our client is looking for a passionate Automation Anywhere developer to join their growing team. Objective of the Role:
The Automation Anywhere Developer will play a key role in the technical planning, delivery, and support of automation projects. In this hands-on role, they will collaborate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to design, develop, and implement customized automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, thrive under pressure, and be passionate about delivering impactful and ROI-driven results.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Working closely with the sales team to provide technical expertise, build demos, create proofs of concept, and contribute to sales proposals.
• Leading the end-to-end delivery of automation projects, including technical planning, process discovery, automation development, and maintenance. Build strong relationships with clients, subject matter experts (SMEs), and IT teams.
• Support the growth of the companys proprietary automation products and solutions.

Essential Criteria:

• At least 2 years of experience working with Automation Anywhere to develop and deploy intelligent automation solutions.
• Strong client-facing abilities with demonstrated success in building relationships and translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Capable of managing multiple concurrent projects and handling fluctuating deadlines.
• A growth mindset and eagerness to learn new technologies in automation and AI.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment, coupled with a can-do attitude.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a natural curiosity for technology.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

• Familiarity with AI technologies such as machine learning and conversational AI.
• Experience with other RPA platforms like UIPath, Blue Prism, or tools like Power Apps.
• Exposure to a start-up or scale-up environment.
