About The Role

Transform data into actionable insights that drive product excellence, consumer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. As our Quality Data Analyst, you’ll leverage systems like CRM, Power BI, SAP, and LIMS to track, analyze, and report key quality metrics. You’ll create innovative solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools while serving as the voice of Quality through dynamic reporting and strong stakeholder partnerships.


Role Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, PowerAutomate, PowerBI) to streamline quality processes and reporting
  • Extract, analyze data from multiple systems (SAP, SAC, LIMS, Product Vision) to create comprehensive weekly and monthly quality reports
  • Design and maintain visually engaging live dashboards that transform complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders
  • Proactively identify emerging trends and quality issues through systematic data analysis and consumer feedback evaluation
  • Support the implementation of new data structures and improve existing reporting methodologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize business needs and drive process improvements
  • Participate in complaint analyses and Incident Management Teams (IMTs) as needed

Experience and Key Attributes

  • Proven experience with reporting packages, databases (SQL, Python), and ETL frameworks; degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Management, or related field preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Power Platform tools and SharePoint
  • Excellent analytical skills with ability to organize and interpret complex datasets with meticulous attention to detail
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging narratives for non-technical stakeholders, using storytelling to build trust and collaborative relationships
  • Problem-solving mindset with experience in root cause analysis techniques (fishbone diagrams, 5 whys)
  • Results-driven approach with strong organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in a culture of transparency, innovation, and continuous improvement
