Join us as a Programme Manager 

Take on a critical delivery role where you’ll be joining our Data Science and Innovation team and leading the delivery of a strategic bank-wide AI Regulatory and Ethics transformation programme  

You’ll be responsible for the management of a multi-million-euro budget, delivering key outcomes, optimising the use of resources along with the management of a wide array of stakeholders

What you'll do 

As the Programme Manager, you’ll partner with stakeholders, defining appropriate objectives, structure and scope, and leading the articulation of the financial business case. You’ll also identify and manage the governance and controls appropriate to the complexities of the Programme and ensure that all aligned deliverables adhere to the agreed governance and risk frameworks. 

You’ll also: 

Ensure that the delivery of workstream outcomes and services meet the Programme strategic objectives 

Own, define and manage Programme plans, controls and resource planning underpinned by strong reporting  

Work with the Delivery team to ensure appropriate resources are assigned to deliver the programme 

Build, manage and maintain a positive working relationship with senior stakeholders across multiple franchises and functions, influencing decision making in line with business objectives 

Be accountable for programme level risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies 

The skills you'll need 

You’ll need an appropriate programme management qualification and demonstrate a proven track record of significant experience in managing and controlling bank-wide multi-million-euro budget-based programmes of work. 

You’ll also need: 

Experience of delivering Programmes that support a business strategy and its growth agenda 

Experience of delivering Programme Management across various business areas 

Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

Strong planning and organisational skills 

Experience of the AI space and in particular the ethical use of AI, aligned controls and guardrails environment, and broader regulatory environment
