Overview

We are searching for an ambitious and charismatic Product & Operations Director to lead our PMX Lift team. If you're wanting to take your career in Advanced TV to the next level, then we're waiting to hear from you. Following a successful period of growth, PMX Lift is searching for an ambitious, energetic, and charismatic Product & Operations Director to join its expanding team. As an experienced evangelist of all things advanced TV advertising, you will oversee and lead the day-to-day activities of a team of senior product, operations, and data managers.

This is a unique and exciting role, reporting into the Managing Partner, and you'll need to demonstrate experience in all three of these specialisms, as well as a proven track record in people management. Your ability to understand and express the intricacies in the transformation of commercial TV and the application of this knowledge to how we strategize in the areas of product, operations, and data will ensure your successful role in the continued growth of PMX Lift.

Responsibilities

People Management:

  • Lead and inspire your team to achieve goals and support our growth.
  • Foster a culture of enthusiasm, commitment, and collaboration.
  • Provide constructive feedback and identify development opportunities.
  • Guide team members in setting and achieving career goals.

Product Management:

  • Define and drive product vision and goals.
  • Manage product lifecycles and prioritize customer value.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to innovate.

Operations Management:

  • Oversee campaign execution, process optimization, and performance monitoring.
  • Ensure compliance, quality assurance, and effective budget management.
  • Drive strategic planning and risk management initiatives.

Data Analytics & Insights:

  • Align data strategy with business objectives.
  • Generate insights and support business decisions through data analysis.
  • Foster communication and engagement with stakeholders.

Qualifications

What are we looking for?

  • Strong experience as a senior manager in advanced TV advertising and related fields.
  • Proven leadership and people management skills.
  • Deep expertise in product, media operations, and data analytics.
  • Strong understanding of TV's evolution and its strategic applications.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Passion for industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Expert knowledge in CTV, Video, Advanced TV, and other media channels.
