My client, a leading digital transformation consultancy, is seeking a dynamic individual to lead the development of an innovative Machine Learning (ML) and Generative AI product for their prestigious banking client.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Leadership:

• Define and champion the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Lead innovative ML/AI-driven initiatives to drive strategic objectives.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Transform requirements into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.

• Own and prioritise the product backlog to ensure maximum value delivery.
• Align with cross-functional teams on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.

• Partner with engineering squads to support the development of new features.
• Define and maintain innovation project charters, ensuring clarity and scope.

• Establish and uphold strong data/system governance standards.
• Maintain comprehensive product documentation for all stakeholders.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven track record in Product Management, particularly with Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Expertise in requirements engineering, including gathering, documenting, and translating business needs into actionable plans.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, backlog prioritisation, and working within agile teams.
• Knowledge of data/system governance best practices.
• Ability to balance business needs with technical feasibility, ensuring innovative and practical solutions.
