About the Role:

As our Product & Data Analyst, you’ll play an important role guiding new clients through a smooth onboarding experience.. Moreover, you’ll collaborate with our Customer Success, Product, Engineering and Data Science teams and turn data into clear, practical recommendations that lift performance KPIs for our clients and ensure every global client sees measurable results from using Echobox.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the technical onboarding of Echobox products: e.g. configure email authentications, email sending domains, social media connections, IP warm-ups, and delivery settings.
Liaise with different stakeholders and our designers to scope, build, and test custom templates that respect our clients’ brand guidelines and responsive-design standards.
Monitor important client KPIs, e.g. email deliverability, email open/click rates, email bounces, social media performance; investigate anomalies and coordinate fixes with internal teams.
Analyse performance data using SQL/BI tooling; translate findings into clear recommendations for our teams and clients to action.
Produce dashboards and playbooks that Customer Success Managers can use to benchmark clients, track onboarding progress and demonstrate ROI.
Stay current with UK/EU email regulations (GDPR, PECR) and email and social media best practices, ensuring configurations remain compliant.

Requirements:

Experience with technical product configuration such as email sending platforms, website builders, analytics solutions or similar.
Proficient in SQL and comfortable using BI/visualisation tools (Metabase, Tableau or similar) to analyse engagement metrics.
Excellent client-facing communication skills; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and drive consensus.
Fluent written and spoken English; eligible to work in London UK.

Preferred Requirements:

1+ year in a Product, Technology or Data-focused role with measurable impact on product-related KPIs.
Knowledge of CRM or CDP platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Segment) and their email modules.
Experience with Python for data manipulation, reporting automation, or API integrations.
Strong grasp of deliverability concepts, list-management, and segmentation strategies.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS.
