Role:

You will serve as AND Digital’s top Snowflake authority and hands-on technical leader. In this role, you’ll shape the architectural vision for Snowflake solutions, define best practices, and mentor engineering teams to deliver innovative, high-value outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership: Set the technical standards and strategies for Snowflake implementations, ensuring high-quality delivery. Solution Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect and implement advanced Snowflake solutions that meet diverse client needs. Innovation & R&D: Evaluate Snowflake’s evolving features and emerging cloud data technologies, identifying opportunities to introduce new services and accelerators. Mentorship: Provide guidance and training to junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a collaborative learning environment. Advanced Support: Tackle complex Snowflake challenges and optimise performance, guaranteeing robust, scalable solutions. Documentation & Reusability: Develop technical documentation, code libraries, and accelerators that streamline future project delivery. Client Collaboration: Act as a trusted advisor during sales pursuits, project kickoffs, and governance meetings, articulating the value of Snowflake-based solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Snowflake Expertise: Deep hands-on experience with Snowflake, including advanced data modeling, performance tuning, and security. Cloud Data Mastery: Strong background in cloud data warehousing (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Coding & DevOps: Proficiency in SQL, Python, CI/CD pipelines, and containerisation for data engineering solutions. Problem-Solving: Adept at resolving complex technical issues with a systematic approach. Collaboration & Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to mentor team members and interface with clients.Industry Credibility: Snowflake certifications and a proven track record of leading large-scale data implementations. SnowPro Core Certification Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
