Responsibilities for the role of Principal Python Engineer will include:


  • Lead the design of complex systems, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability usingPython, along with frameworks likeDjango,TornadoorFlask.
  • Integrate applications withCloudservices, utilisingDockerfor deployment and orchestration.
  • Employ Agile methodologies to ensure the adoption of best practices in software development, includingCI/CDpipelines using tools such asGitHub ActionsorJenkins


As the selected Principal Python Engineer, your experience will include:


  • Software development industry experience, with a strong focus onPythonwhilst leading projects.
  • Experience withCloudandDockerfor deployment.
  • Solid understanding ofSDLCandCI/CDprocesses.
  • Desired: experience in Infrastructure as Code developments and tools e.g.Terraform
  • Desired: experience withMLOpsdeployment and maintenance.
  • Desired:Data Engineering technologies e.g.ETL,Spark,Dataflow,BigQuery
