  • Confidence communicating complex engineering concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Commercial awareness of the challenges facing our clients and experience of business development in healthcare and life sciences.

Qualifications

  • Energy and enthusiasm to take on new and unfamiliar challenges coupled with the ability to innovate and develop deep insights.
  • Confidence as a technical lead that teams will follow, but not afraid to get ‘hands-on’ and work with the team to overcome challenges.
  • Passionate about developing the careers of less experienced team members.

We know the skill-gap and ‘somewhat need to tick every box’ can get in the way of meeting brilliant candidates, so please don’t hesitate to apply – we’d love to hear from you.
