The school’s ethos centres around inclusivity, ensuring every learner feels supported and encouraged to achieve their best.Requirements: The ideal candidate for this role will:Have recent experience working with children aged 5-11, ideally within a school, nursery, or childcare settingUnderstand how children learn and grow, and be excited to help them on their educational journeyBe comfortable working as part of a dedicated team, bringing a positive, can-do attitude every dayShare our commitment to inclusivity and helping every child succeedTeaching Assistant Requirements:Must have the Right to Work in the UKA minimum of six months of experience working in an educational or child-focused setting (including volunteering and placements)Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with students, staff, and parentsAn Enhanced DBS registered to the update service, or be willing to apply for a new one through GSL EducationPlease note that safeguarding and child protection are essential aspects of this role.
