Your key responsibilities
Manage to completion the technical delivery and reporting for projects (primarily pricing focused supporting their clients on BAU and transformational pricing activities) whilst providing insights to their clients and working with other teams
Develop and support people through effectively supervising, coaching and mentoring
Lead discussions with client contacts and manage expectations of delivery, content, timescales and cost
Present to clients at senior executive and board levels
Assist in responding to client proposals
Develop strong relationships with your peers across other teams and their clients
Working closely with colleagues you will create a positive learning culture, developing and supporting the team through effective supervising, coaching, and mentoring

To qualify for the role you must have
Significant actuarial experience in the Lloyd’s / London Market and will be a qualified actuary or qualified by experience
Strong foundation in London market / reinsurance pricing across multiple lines of business
A track record of transformation project delivery with a particular focus on managing model deployment projects
Experience in development and execution of portfolio steering approaches
Solid understanding of the technology principles underpinning pricing deployment, with hx experience a big advantage
Experience in actuarial process improvement and development work
A full understanding of the links between reserve assessment, pricing, claims and underwriting
You will need to be an effective communicator and able to deal with outward-facing client management on projects
