About the Role:

We are working with an extremely innovative and ambitious world leading manufacturer of vitamins and supplements, a true Lincolnshire success story.

They are currently looking for a Business Intelligence Report Writer to support their growth.

It’s a great opportunity to develop your existing knowledge of Business intelligence whilst in this role, especially Microsoft Power BI.

The main purpose of the Report Writer is to develop and maintain the suite of business reporting tools to ensure that key stakeholders receive insights that are derived from business data.

The Report Writer plays a key role in designing, building and maintaining reports, dashboards, and management information. You’ll be responsible for developing and optimising business intelligence solutions, ensuring key stakeholders receive accurate insights to support strategic decision-making.

Our client is a multi-award winning business, who has positioned themselves as the one of the best supplement manufacturers in the UK, with their vitamin and supplements being delivered to over 50 countries.

This standalone role requires a proactive and analytical thinker who can bridge the gap between IT and business operations.

Key Responsibilities



Report Development – Convert existing report formats to Microsoft Power BI and develop new dashboards.

Business Intelligence – Create and maintain a suite of reports and dashboards to support business strategy and performance monitoring.

*

CRM & ERP Integration – Develop reports for the rollout of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and related projects.

Process Improvement – Adhere to best practices in IT service management, configuration, change, and release management.

*

Continuous Learning – Stay updated with emerging BI technologies and data analytics trends.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications & Experience:

*

Degree in IT, Business Intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

*

IT Service Management qualifications.

*

Microsoft Power BI formal training.

*

Business Intelligence or Data Analyst certification.

Technical Knowledge:

*

Proficiency in Microsoft applications, CRM systems, ERP systems, and Product Data Management software.

*

Experience In BI project delivery, working across the full development lifecycle.

*

Practical knowledge of SQL and designing BI dashboards & reports.

*

Understanding of data security, GDPR compliance, and risk management.
