The PMO Data Analyst/Administrator plays a key role in supporting Project, Program, and Portfolio Managers by providing both administrative support and data-driven analysis. This position is essential to enhancing strategy execution through insightful reporting and efficient project management.

You’ll be involved in a range of activities, including administrative coordination, maintaining risk registers, performing data analysis, and contributing to reporting. You'll also have the opportunity to develop skills in AI and data analytics to help improve project performance. This is a collaborative role, working closely with project teams and stakeholders to drive informed, data-backed decisions.

What skills/experience do I need to be successful?

Eagerness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies in a dynamic work environment;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for data manipulation and analysis;
Basic experience in collecting, organising, and analysing data to support project decisions;
Experience in providing administrative support such as setting up workshops, meetings, taking minutes, and managing ad hoc queries;
Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly.

Hybrid working typically means 2 days in the office location listed on this advert and 3 days working at home each week. Some occasional travel to our other offices may be required.
