The Opportunity

Join a global professional services firm’s People function, turning complex HR and L&D data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders. You’ll own dashboards and reporting in a collaborative, client-focused culture that values personal leadership and authentic relationships.

Key responsibilities

  • Partner with People & L&D teams to scope and deliver reporting solutions

  • Build and maintain Power BI / Excel dashboards and BAU reports

  • Produce ad hoc analytics for surveys, audits and client pitches

  • Translate data into compelling stories and executive-ready visuals

  • Champion data quality, governance and GDPR-compliant practices
