About The Team

We are expanding our specialized team to include a Senior Pensions Data Analyst with a strategic focus on client engagement and stakeholder management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead face-to-face client meetings, presenting data insights and solutions with authority and clarity.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with insurers, trustees, and key stakeholders, leveraging strategic insights to enhance collaboration.
  • Perform and verify complex pension calculations, ensuring compliance with UK pension legislation and tax regimes.
  • Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, documenting findings and communicating them effectively.
  • Prepare detailed reports, acting as a key liaison between clients and internal teams.
  • Participate actively in high-level strategic planning sessions with team leaders, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential
Your Profile

  • Proven expertise in pensions calculations and administration.
  • Strong background in stakeholder management and client relationship building.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and analytical tools.
  • Track record of effectively managing time pressure and deadlines.
