About the role:

As aPartnerships Growth Lead, you will work closely with Hyperscalers to nurture the relationship and drive revenue growth across segments and industries by demonstrating significant value through Tiger’s Data & AI solutions. You will lead and nurture the relationships, drive new account growth and market penetration working closely with a team of pre-sales, consultants, data scientists and data engineers.

● Develop and nurture the Hyperscaler partnerships in the market. Be the single point of contact for any partnership related engagement & opportunities to identify opportunities for growth ● Drive revenue within the Partnerships ecosystem by liaising with Partner Managers, Sales Specialists and Segments Lead ● Enable and execute the alliance strategy and go-to-market initiatives with Microsoft. (marketing, events, workshops etc.) in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and GTM teams ● Focus on offering solutions to grow the partnership and client accounts: Understand client challenges and help translate business problems into clear data and analytic problem statements. Help understand gaps and work with wider team to drive more credentials for Tiger Work closely with the internal sales, partnership team and technical delivery to co-develop solutions, present solutions, and articulate business value Demonstrate expertise in techno-functional consulting & stakeholder management capabilities - Build support of leadership teams throughout all organizations within Microsoft.  Increase technical and industry acumen delivering innovative ideas to accelerate customer success in the cloud. Perform a role that involves a combination of hands-on contribution, customer engagement and internal team management

Requirements

15+ years of experience in working in sales, development and/or enterprise level information technology consulting Experience in driving growth through partnerships/channels Strong understanding of the Data, Analytics and AI space as well as Microsoft's businesses. Consistent, repeatable achievement of revenue and consumption targets through disciplined pipeline, forecast management.  Record of achieving results by understanding digital transformation drivers and customer priorities. Identify new opportunities and help customers accelerate their move to the digital age for their own benefit as well as their customers. Expertise in winning Large RFPs in a structured and methodical fashion. Possess consultative Skills to shape growth conversations and building winning technical solutions Entrepreneurial mindset to be able to frame up and execute strategies to meet or beat the targets for Partnerships Growth while being aligned to the company strategy and culture Thought-leadership in technology innovation and business strategy World-class people management, team building and inspiration skills Ability to translate high level business problems to an analytics problem statement
