About The Role This role is within the NRM PerformanceHub, with the mission to deliver industry-leading Net RevenueGrowth by developing the strongest NRM tools and capability of ourpeers. The role of NBA & NBV business product lead is a Globalrole and will be responsible for ensuring Haleon commercial teamsare fully enabled by industry-leading analytics and modelling toolsin the areas of Next Best. In order for Field sales teams toharness the power of data and machine learning to create “next bestactions” that optimise sales processes and improve outcomes. Nextbest actions (NBA) is a solution, which will equip our sales teamsin understanding what actions would create the greatest salesuplift (potential) during a sales visit. We wish for ourrepresentatives to be fully data-driven and enabled by technology.These solutions should help support and drive a significant salesuplift (effectiveness) and field team (efficiency), delivering astrong return on investment (ROI). This role will lead the businesstransformation and ensure market adoption of these ISE tools e.g.,mindset change, capability, and process changes. This person willimprove business results by fully understanding the goals of thecommercial and field teams, and translating those goals intotechnological solutions that will drive better outcomes.Translating business insights and needs to the Haleon tech &data teams and tech solutions back to the business (marketcommercial teams). Success will be achieved by driving change andimprovements in technology that brings the most business value toHaleon by understanding the requests coming from the usercommunity, converting into product design, and working with thetech and data teams to prioritise the changes and deliver theenhancements. This person will need to be a subject matter expertand provide “thought leadership” on these innovative NBA tools.This Product Lead needs to collaborate and work extensively acrossmultifunctional teams to help provide inspiration and create demandfor products, engaging users through product demos, and ownershipof the deployment roadmap. Working with BU and market teams to helpthem understand current competency levels within the FieldSales/Instore Execution arena and help them deliver a plan to buildmarket-leading capabilities and execution. Key Responsibilities 1.Together with the NBA Global Director, Product Teams, Tech andData, strategic implementation partners and the phase 1 markets,build, enhance and deploy a number of data and analytical tools andsolutions. 2. Provide and collect subject matter expertise,business guidance and steer the future design on NBA productlifecycle management, including governance frameworks, KPIs andcapability build. 3. Ensure a cohesive and successful productdevelopment & delivery process. Function as the conduit betweenthe Business and the enabling tech and data teams. 4. Be a leader,provide direction and foster collaboration and a positive engagedworking environment. 5. Research to understand trends, competition,and market needs. 6. Maintain a customer-centric approachidentifying needs and addressing pain points. 7. Create productroadmap including product development and release management. 8.Fully define KPIs and track to measure progress and success of ISEproducts. 9. Prioritise features and enhancements based on demand,feedback, and business priority. 10. Risk management: Identify andmitigate potential risks/challenges that may impact productsuccess. 11. Innovation: Foster a culture of innovation, curiosity,and growth mindset. 12. Deliver the value business case and productroadmap. Skills/Experience: Required * Excellent data andanalytical experience are essential and working on commercial dataand reporting would be advantageous. * Excellent relationshipmanagement, strong influencing, and communication skills with alllevels of the organization including senior stakeholders. * Strongattention to detail and managing complexity. * Track record indelivering business impact. * Strong commercial and businessunderstanding. * Strong data and analytics background. * Seniorstakeholder management. * Successful project management delivery.Preferred * Customer sales/commercial team experience. * Experienceworking on complex data project/initiatives that involve multiplechange elements across people, policy, process, and technology.Care to join us?
