Department Overview

• The Language program, a core science initiative, aims to utilize advanced NLP and ML technologies to automatically generate structured product catalogs from unstructured product titles, descriptions, and images.
• We seek to enhance our language understanding capabilities by incorporating weakly supervised, semi-supervised, and unsupervised techniques, as well as signals from non-traditional sources like customer behavior data.
• Our objective is to create a well-organized product catalog that leverages these advanced technologies and methodologies.
