The successfulcandidate will work closely with engineering design and vehicletest teams to ensure the products meet the highest standards ofperformance and reliability. The Motor Testing and CalibrationEngineer will: - Analyse test data to identify performance trends,issues, and opportunities for improvement. - Use advanceddiagnostic tools and software to monitor and troubleshoot issues. -Design, develop, and execute test plans for electric fan system. -Document test procedures, results, and calibration data in detailedtechnical reports. - Develop and implement calibration strategiesto optimize motor performance and efficiency. The Motor Testing andCalibration Engineer will have: - Bachelor’s or master’s degree inelectrical/mechanical engineering, or a related field. - Provenexperience in electric motor testing and calibration. - Proficiencyin data analysis tools and software (e.g. MATLAB, Simulink). -Broad understanding of electromagnetics & motor control and anunderstanding of drive system efficiency and performance. -Experience with dynamometer testing and other motor test equipment.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
