What you’ll do
As MI Technical Lead will be responsible for leading the technical aspects of the team. This role involves translating business requirements into technical specifications, developing and maintaining reporting dashboards, and providing technical support to the team.
You will act as the primary contact for technical issues within the MI team & offer technical support and guidance to the MI team, by mentoring and supporting them. You will develop and maintain reporting requirements and automation using tools like Power Automate, Power Apps, and PowerBI. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure data integrity and consistency. You will assist stakeholders from across the business by troubleshooting issues and supporting further development. You will identify opportunities for automation and develop tools and processes to support this. You will aid in the development of new dashboards, reports, and reporting mechanisms to track key performance indicators, providing detailed trend analysis and recommendations to a broad range of stakeholders. You will maintain relationships with key data stakeholders across Vodafone UK to ensure data consistency and a single version of the truth.
Who you are
You will have experience in a technical lead role, preferably within an MI or other reporting environment. You will showcase technical expertise in Microsoft Power Automate, PowerApps and PowerBI. You will demonstrate technical problem-solving skills, a proactive mind-set with a focus on constant improvement and follow through at all levels. You will have the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities whilst maintain a strong attention to detail. You will showcase a high level of energy and flexibility to get things done and thrive in a fast-paced, agile, team-oriented environment. You will demonstrate verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly, and concisely present complicated concepts to end-users with differing skill levels.
