Global Marketing is the lead generation engine for the Private Client Group, and the Marketing Data & Analytics Team plays an important role in that process. You will help guide important decisions while assessing performance.

The Opportunity:

As a Marketing Data Analyst, you will help maintain the flow of data through the Marketing department, provide analysis and reporting to all levels of marketing partners, and help with ad hoc requests and long-term developments. Using skills in SQL, Excel (can perform complex functions), VBA, PowerBI, and more, you will build reporting and hone your project management skills to support infrastructure improvements. You will also learn how to critically assess problems and opportunities to improve bottom-line results.

The Day-to-Day:

  1. Work with marketing management to support all phases of marketing efforts
  2. Daily reporting for US and International Marketing teams
  3. Build and automate new and existing processes
  4. Understand the “why” and “how” of department data flow
  5. Communicate clearly by distilling information down for a non-technical audience
  6. Provide data-driven analysis and insights to optimize campaign performance
  7. Collaborate with other analysts, marketing managers, and database developers on both strategic initiatives and ongoing data infrastructure enhancement projects
  8. Manage ad hoc data requests from marketers to help meet a variety of needs such as troubleshooting data oddities, QA’ing data, building reporting modeling, and more

Your Qualifications:

  1. 2+ years Data Analytics experience
  2. Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, PowerBI, or relational databases
  3. A history of managing complexity; strong project management skills
  4. Demonstrated leadership and capacity for learning new skills and willingness to share knowledge and teach others
  5. Ability to communicate both technical and non-technical insights to all levels of management
