Stats Perform are seeking a dynamicManager of Global Internal Communications and Engagementto join our team for a 6-month maternity cover contract. Reporting to the Director of Employee Experience, you will lead the delivery of our global internal communications and events programme to drive engagement and support our company goals.

You will play a vital role in fostering a connected, informed, and motivated workforce through effective planning and execution of key business developments, and leadership priorities.

This is a 6-month fixed-term contract position.

Responsibilities:

Own the delivery of global internal communications programmes that reinforce company culture, mission, values, and goals. Lead, plan, and execute company-wide events such as global town halls, webinars, and employee engagement initiatives. Partner with leaders and teams to deliver clear, impactful messaging across all channels, celebrating achievements as they happen. Including managing a global network of champions to help connect global and local projects. Ensure the delivery of the communications agenda by adopting a multi-channel approach to ensure consistent communication that respects local nuances, cultural differences, time zones, and operational demands. Ensure effective measurement and reporting are available to provide actionable insights to continuously improve reach and engagement. Support change management programs through clear and engaging communication to drive behavioral change and process adoption. Support the Director of Employee Experience to drive an uplift in employee engagement by promoting our DE&I initiatives, charity, volunteering, and environmental efforts.

Required Qualifications:

Proven ability to be collaborative, proactive, and results-driven within a fast-paced environment. Exceptional ability to build effective relationships quickly, both virtually and in person. Fluent in English with exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills. Expertise in applying brand guidelines and a consistent tone of voice / brand personality Proven ability in executing multi-faceted communications campaigns that inspire and connect employees at all levels. Strong project management skills with experience in delivering high-impact events and campaigns.

Desired Qualifications:

Experience of managing agencies and other external third parties is desirable Experience in design/audio-visual editing skills is desirable Stakeholder management experience, including with the Executive team and Senior Leadership.
