Salary: £80,000 - £90,000 + strong equity

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the rapid prototyping, MVP development, and iteration process based on user feedback, driving product-market fit.
• Be hands-on, especially in the early stages, contributing to coding, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
• Oversee the development, implementation, and scaling of their platform, ensuring it meets high standards of quality and performance.
• Help build and scale top technical talent teams
• Ideal candidate will come from a Full Stack Engineering/Hands on background and then more recently been strategic/a leader

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Required

• MSc or PhD in AI or STEM
• Experience leading technical teams
• Experience in Front-End Development and AI applications
• Familiarity with acquiring large datasets through APIs and performing initial data analysis and preprocessing.
• Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD, Docker, GitHub, and server management with Ubuntu.
• Familiarity with test-driven development (TDD), server management tools like Postman and pgAdmin, and supporting cloud-based infrastructure.
• Proven ability to design and build scalable, reliable services with proper logging, monitoring, alerting, and availability.
