ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Working closely within a small team, to deploy and scale ML models focusing on the customer experienceWorking alongside technical and non-technical stakeholders, driving core MLOPs commercial valueDriving the latest innovative research in Engineering, deploying core projects onto their AWS platformOpportunity to upskill and mentor junior members
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
RequiredMSc or PhD in STEM related subject + 3 years of experience minimum in ML EngineeringProficiency in Python, SQL and MLOPs & CI/CDBackground in Customer ML is a large benefit but otherwise any tech company working on AI projectsExcellent communication skills with proven experience working with stakeholders
