Job Title: ML Engineering Trainer
Location: Fully Remote

Role Overview:
FIND is collaborating with a global Data & AI training and education specialist that is expanding its Data Science Training team.
They seek AI & ML Engineering specialists interested in becoming trainers and educators for junior and apprentice ML engineers.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy teaching, mentoring, and developing the next generation of ML professionals while engaging with current AI technologies and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, practical training sessions in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence Engineering.
Facilitate content for both beginner and advanced AI/ML engineers and data scientists across various industries.
Provide hands-on coding sessions and mentorship using Python and relevant ML libraries (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Incorporate cloud-based tools and services (AWS, GCP, Azure) into training to simulate modern ML environments (training on cloud tools can be provided).
Update training materials to reflect current trends, tools, and techniques in Data Science, AI, and ML.
Support learners with career development and technical confidence.
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong coding experience in Python and the ML/AI ecosystem.
Solid understanding and hands-on experience with core Machine Learning concepts.
Specialization or significant exposure to NLP, LLMs, Generative AI, or Deep Learning frameworks (expertise in at least one area).
Experience delivering training, mentoring, or leading workshops or lectures (Trainer, Instructor, Lecturer, Coach, Mentor, Educator).
Ability to explain complex topics clearly and adapt to different learning levels.
Familiarity with modern MLOps practices, reproducibility, and collaborative workflows.
Practical experience deploying or training models in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
This is a fully remote position with a salary of £65,000, and an option to work four days a week.
