Base pay range Our client is paying £400to £500 PD Outside IR 35 to start ASAP for an initial 6-monthcontract on a hybrid basis based near Stratford, London. AssociateDirector - Expertise within IT, Data & Change within DigitalFinTechs. 10+ years of Contract & Perm recruitment globally.Our trusted partner, which operates within the Ed-Tech domain,employs over 10,000 individuals across 100 countries and has areach of 600 million users, is recruiting an ML Ops/LLM Engineerwith strong hands-on capabilities in Python with microservicesusing tools such as Jupyter, Pandas, Numpy, Fast API and SQLalchemy. Main Accountabilities: * Design and implementation oftooling and technologies to support Machine Learning and the use ofLarge Language Models. * Take ownership of the design, deployment,and maintenance of machine learning models. * Recommend, implement,and use tooling to improve the development, operations, andobservability of machine learning models, large language models,and AI-related services. Essential skills: * Previous experienceworking on online Chat or Chatbots, particularly voice, is amust-have. * Strong recent hands-on capabilities in Python are amust-have. * Experience with a microservice environment using toolssuch as Jupyter, Pandas, Numpy, Fast API, and SQL alchemy is amust. * Strong understanding of deploying and supporting LLMs in aproduction environment is a must-have. * An interest andunderstanding of embeddings, generative AI, and its applications isa must-have. Desirable: * Any of Terraform, Helm, Kubernetes,Postgres would be advantageous. * Qualifications or demonstrableexperience in Data Science and Machine Learning includingalgorithms, NLP, XAI. * A demonstrable experience in deliveringreal-world applications using Generative AI, in particular LargeLanguage Models.
