Machine Learning Engineer
Location: Belfast (Hybrid)
Eligibility: Must have valid right to work in the UK or Ireland (no sponsorship available)

We're partnering with a fast-growing tech company that's pushing the boundaries of intelligent automation. Their platform helps global businesses test, optimise, and scale digital systems using advanced machine learning and AI. They're now looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to help take their models, data pipelines, and automation capabilities to the next level.

What you'll be doing:

  • Design, build, and optimise ML models that enhance platform intelligence and automation
  • Develop scalable data pipelines for training, validation, and deployment
  • Collaborate with software engineers to integrate ML solutions into production systems
  • Experiment with new approaches in NLP, computer vision, or generative AI
  • Monitor performance and continuously refine models for accuracy and efficiency
  • Contribute to system design discussions and guide best practices for ML deployment

What you'll bring:

  • Strong experience in Python and common ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
  • Understanding of MLOps, model versioning, and deployment in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  • Hands-on experience building, training, and evaluating ML models end-to-end
  • Solid grasp of data structures, APIs, and modern software development practices
  • A curious mindset and a desire to experiment, improve, and innovate
