IU Group is seeking aLecturerBusiness Intelligence (m/f/d) for The London Institute of Banking & Finance (LIBF)on a permanent, full-time or part-time basis (minimum 12 hours per week), with a start date ofMay 1, 2025. The position is based inLondonand includes a flexible working arrangement that combinesremote workwithon-site duties. 

YOUR TASKS:

  • You cover specific topics in the field ofBusiness Intelligence,including the following courses: Data Analytics and Big Data, People Analytics and Big Data, Big Data Technologies, Ethic & Societal Considerations in Data Management, Business Intelligence, and Data Utilization.
  • Youconduct live sessions, including preparation and follow-up, and answer questions on the course feed. 
  • Youcreate media content, such as adapting scripts and crafting exam guides. 
  • You participate in committee meetings and collaborate on didactic projects for further development. 
  • Yousupervise and mentor students, preparing them for their professional careers. 
  • You create and gradeevaluationsand ensure first-class quality in our teaching materials. 

YOUR PROFILE:  

  • A relevantscientific profilein the field of Business Intelligence. 
  • Practical experiencein the relevant field and subject area. 
  • Initial experience inhigher education teaching, recognized by a fellowship of the Advance Higher Education, a Postgraduate Certificate in Higher Education (PGCHE), or an equivalent teaching qualification. 
  • Competence increating teaching materials, withexperience inonline teachingas a plus.
  • Strong interest ininnovative and modern digitaleducation. 
  • Team-orientedapproach and enthusiasm for interacting with students.
